1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Choice Wizardry's services, programs, website, and educational materials (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Services.

Choice Wizardry reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of the Services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Description of Services

Choice Wizardry provides decision-making frameworks, educational workshops, curriculum materials, professional development programs, and related services designed to empower youth, educators, parents, and organizations. Our Services include but are not limited to:

• Story-based life-design curriculum (Dragon Tails)
• Professional development workshops for educators
• Yoga Nidra and wellness sessions for schools
• Decision-making tools and activity resources
• Facilitation guides and organizational frameworks

3. User Responsibilities

When using our Services, you agree to:

• • Provide accurate and complete information when registering for programs or services
• • Use the Services and materials only for lawful, educational, and personal development purposes
• • Respect intellectual property rights and not reproduce, distribute, or commercialize our materials without written permission
• • Maintain confidentiality of any account credentials or access information provided to you
• • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using our Services

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, materials, curriculum, frameworks, logos, designs, and intellectual property associated with Choice Wizardry remain the exclusive property of Choice Wizardry. This includes but is not limited to:

• - Dragon Tails curriculum and story content
• - Decision-making frameworks and methodologies
• - Educational materials and activity guides
• - Workshop presentations and training materials
• - Arch Cards and proprietary tools

Licensed users may use materials within the scope of their agreement but may not reproduce, modify, or distribute content without express written permission.

5. Payment Terms and Refunds

Payment is required in advance for workshops, programs, and curriculum purchases unless otherwise arranged. Accepted payment methods will be communicated during booking.

Cancellation and Refund Policy: Cancellations made more than 14 days before a scheduled workshop or program will receive a full refund. Cancellations made 7-14 days prior will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 7 days of the event are non-refundable, though credits toward future services may be provided at our discretion.

6. Limitation of Liability

Choice Wizardry provides educational services and decision-making frameworks for informational and developmental purposes. We do not provide medical, psychological, or therapeutic services. Our programs are designed to support personal growth and skill development but should not replace professional counseling or medical advice when needed.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Choice Wizardry shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our Services, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Termination

Choice Wizardry reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to our Services for any user who violates these Terms or engages in conduct that we deem harmful to our organization, other users, or the community. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall be resolved in the courts of Alberta.
